RetroKit is made by one independent developer. For any privacy question or request, email support@playretrokit.com.

The app

  • RetroKit has no account, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.
  • Your games, saves and settings stay on your device or in your own iCloud. We cannot read them.
  • Purchases go through Apple. We get no payment details.

This website

  • Hosting. Cloudflare hosts this website. To serve and protect it, Cloudflare processes the IP address of each visitor. Cloudflare is our processor, and data can go to the United States. See the Cloudflare privacy policy and the Cloudflare data processing addendum.
  • Statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and shows us only totals, such as page views.
  • Spam protection. The feedback forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person sends the form. See the Turnstile privacy policy.
  • Voter cookie. When you post a request or vote, we set one cookie with a random ID. It lets you vote once per request and see your own pending requests. It expires after 1 year.
  • Feature requests. A request is public after we approve it. We keep it until you ask us to delete it.
  • Bug reports. Bug reports are private. If you add your email, we use it only to answer you. We delete bug reports and their emails after 12 months.

We process data to run the website and the feedback board and to fix bugs (legitimate interest). We use your email only if you choose to give it (consent).

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Brazilian LGPD, you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion. Email support@playretrokit.com. We answer within 15 days.
